Sharon K. O’Connor, LCSW is an autistic therapist in New York City, and provides consultation and education to clients worldwide. Her work is dedicated to helping educators, clinicians and families more effectively understand and support autistic folks. Sharon provides professional development workshops, school and family consultations, and pro-neurodiversity clinical supervision for professionals to facilitate greater understanding of the autistic experience through the autistic lens.

She is a licensed clinical social worker in New York State, and holds an MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work/CUNY. She is co-author of Academic and Student Affairs in Collaboration: Creating a Culture of Student Success (Routledge, 2016).
